How does the program work?

Registered members can earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent in HABITŪ throughout the year. Points can be redeemed for HABITU gift vouchers year round. 

 

How can I redeem the points?

You must register via the App before you can redeem the points.

 

Where can I see the updated card balance on the App?

Our system will re-new the balances immediately after transaction and the updated points will be shown at the same time.

 

When will my points expire?

Points are valid for around a year and the point settlement will be done in the end of the month. For example, the points earned on June 10, 2018 will be expired on June 30, 2019. 

 

Can I earn loyalty points without using the App to settle the payment?

Point accumulation can only be done when the transaction is being handled via HABITŪ App.

 

Can I refund the preloaded value? 

Preloaded value is non-refundable and non-exchangable.

 

Can I top-up my HABITŪ App by cash?

Members can do in-app top-up by the credit card or top-up by cash in-store.

 

When will I receive my birthday voucher?

 

Birthday vouchers will be pushed to members’ voucher wallet in HABITŪ App on the first day of your birthday month.
