Terms & Conditions for General Cake Order

HABITŪ reserves the right to substitute goods on cake decoration and seasonal ingredients without prior notice.
Order must be made in full payment, once payment has been accepted; customers cannot cancel or change the order. Customers must bring the receipt or confirmation email on the selected date in the selected shop to pick-up the cake, otherwise the product will be deemed to give up, and the payment will not be refunded.
Please place and pay your order at least 3 days before pick-up. Order cut-off time at 3pm: order placed on or before Monday 3pm, customer can do pick-up on Thursday afternoon; order placed after Monday 3pm, customer can do pick-up on Friday afternoon.
Self pick-up and delivery services will be suspended when typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Signal are hoisted. Customers can reschedule the self-pick up date after normal business operation by call to shop or ordering hotline.
Cake/Cash Voucher are not accepted for online orders. For orders purchased with vouchers in shop, the original price shall be used and cannot be used in conjunction with promotion offers.

Terms & Conditions for Cake Order with Customized Cake Tag

Cake order with customized cake tag must be done through online. Customers have to upload the photo (resolution must be 2MB or above) or message to the designated webpage.
Please place and pay your order at least 3 days before pick-up. Order cut-off time at 3pm.
Customized cake tag should be rectangular (size within 8cm x 5cm) or circle (diameter within 7cm).
Customers cannot change the photo or message once the order has been confirmed.

訂購細則

蛋糕之食材或飾物擺設會因貨源而有所更改，恕不另行通知。
顧客必須全數繳款以確認訂單，顧客不可取消或更改已確認之訂單。顧客於指定日期及分店提取蛋糕時必須出示收據或確認付款之電郵，否則該訂單將當作自行放棄，而所繳付之金額將不獲退還。
請於取貨前3天完成訂購及付款。訂單截止時間為每日下午3時正，例如：顧客於星期一下午3時或之前完成之訂單，可於星期四下午提取；如星期一下午3時後完成之訂單則須於星期五下午提取。
8號或以上熱帶氣旋警告及黑色暴雨警告期間不設取餅及送餅服務，顧客可於店舖恢復營業後致電分店或訂購熱線更改提取蛋糕之日期。
顧客凡以蛋糕禮券/現金禮券訂購任何蛋糕須以原價計算，並不可與其他優惠同時使用；網上訂購蛋糕不接受蛋糕禮券/現金禮券付款。
