Winter Carnival “Miracle On” Giftaway 幸運刮刮樂

  1. Customers can receive one scratch card upon one single net transaction of HK$250 or above. Scratch cards won’t be given for single net transactions below HK$250 after deduction of cash vouchers.
    顧客凡消費 250 港元或以上，即可獲得刮刮卡一張，使用折扣優惠券後，消費面額仍需超過 250 港元，不超過 250 港元，不會獲派發刮刮卡。消費以單一收據計算。
     

  2. The scratch card will be issued upon customer’s full payment of HK$250, any retrospective redemption with transaction receipt or otherwise any dispute will not be accepted.
    刮刮卡會於客人付款當下滿額 250 港元或以上發放，不接受事後憑單索取，如有爭議，恕不受理。
     

  3. HABITŪ “The Miracle On” Giftaway will begin on 1 December 2022 and end on 31 December 2022.
    HABITŪ 幸運刮刮樂相關活動會於 1/12/2022 至 31/12/2022 進行。
     

  4. The lucky draw promotion is only applicable to 6 HABITŪ outlets at Mira Place, ELEMENTS, Hysan Place, The ONE, Olympian City and OP Mall.
    有關活動只適用於美麗華廣場、ELEMENTS圓方、 希慎廣場、The ONE、奧海城、海之戀，以上 6 間 HABITŪ 門市分店。
     

  5. All matters relating to the Giftaway shall be at HABITŪ's sole discretion. The decision of HABITŪ is final.
    有關活動之一切事宜均以本公司之決定為最終決定。
     

  6. The winners will be personally responsible for any and all additional costs incurred due to the acceptance and use of the prize.
    得獎者須承擔因獎品而所需支付之一切額外費用，包括因領獎及使用獎品時所產生之費用。
     

  7. Winners of the 5th prize with FREE coffee/beverage (HK$58 or below) can redeem the prize upon presentation of the scratch card at specified outlet, while the winners of other prizes please email to marketing@caffehabitu.com to schedule the exchange of relevant vouchers. The redemption location will be announced later.
    獲得第 5 獎免費咖啡／飲料（港幣＄58 以下）得獎者可憑得獎券到相關門市換取獎品，其餘獎品需要電郵至 marketing@caffehabitu.com，同事會安排換領獎品，有關換領獎品地點將稍後公佈。
     

  8. The grand prize winners who receive the scratch cards with TUVE HOTEL One-Night Staycation Package or HABITŪ Dining Voucher should email to marketing@caffehabitu.com for the exchange of relevant vouchers.
    得獎者如獲得大獎 TUVE HOTEL 住宿體驗（一晚）或 HABITŪ 餐飲禮券可憑得獎刮刮卡，電郵至 marketing@caffehabitu.com 換取相關兌換券 。
     

  9. All scratch cards with grand prizes must be exchanged for relevant vouchers before 31 January 2023. Late submission will not be considered.
    所有得獎項目需於 31/1/2023  前換取相關兌換券，所有逾時項目均不獲處理。
     

  10. HABITŪ is not the supplier of all prizes and does not have the responsibility or liability for any disputes of such prizes not supplied
    by HABITŪ.
    主辦公司並非所有獎品的供應商，如有任何潛在爭議，本公司不予負責。
     

  11. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. Prizes must not be sold or given away and may become void if this condition is breached. HABITŪ shall not be responsible for any expenses, inconvenience or costs incurred due to the delay, postponement of any event.
    獎品不得轉讓、不可協議、不可退換或轉換成現金。獎品不得轉售或轉送，如違反此細則，獎品可能被視為無效。因延遲、押後而引致之任何開支、不便或費用，本公司恕不負責。

Reels HABITŪ Holidays

  1. HABITŪ reserves the right to feature the winners' names on Instagram, or in other marketing or promotional materials. By completing the exchange for relevant vouchers, winners agree to HABITŪ's use of his/her information.
    “Reels HABITŪ Holidays” 的參加者，本公司保留將得獎者之名字於 Instagram 或其他市場推廣或宣傳物品上刊載之權利。得獎者完成兌換行動，即代表同意其資料會經上述形式使用。
     

  2. The personal data of “Reels HABITŪ Holidays” participants including Instagram account names and published videos will only be used on Instagram, other marketing or promotional materials, or to administer and manage the related events.
    參加 “Reels HABITŪ Holidays” 活動之個人資料包括 Instagram 賬戶名稱、影片發佈等個人資料只會被用於在 Instagram 或其他市場推廣或宣傳物品或相關活動的行政及管理。
     

  3. HABITŪ “Reels HABITŪ Holidays” will begin on 1 December 2022 and end on 31 December 2022.
    HABITŪ “Reels HABITŪ Holidays” 相關活動會於 1/12/2022 至 31/12/2022 進行。
     

  4. “Reels HABITŪ Holidays” is only applicable to 6 HABITŪ outlets at Mira Place, ELEMENTS, Hysan Place, The ONE, Olympian City and OP Mall.

  6. HABITŪ will announce and notify the eligible prize winners to redeem related dining vouchers after the end of campaign.
    本公司職員將於活動結束後公佈合資格得獎人換取相關餐飲兌換券 。
     

  7. All winners must redeem the relevant vouchers before 31 January 2023. Late submission will not be considered.
    所有得獎項目需於 31/1/2023  前換取相關兌換券，所有逾時項目均不獲處理。
